First a 209 # called me saying that I won a 7500$ grant. But I had to pay a 280 deposit to get the money but it will be refunded back to me. The told me to go to CVS and get a green dot card and give them the routing # on the back. I did. Then told me that since Texas is not a tax free state I had to pay 660$ before the money can be released to me but the money will be refunded to me. Now if that was true, why would I be refunded a state tax...
