Called.  No message.     Unknown caller.  Area code indicates Northern California, a place where I have no contacts.

Must be a scam. They called my cell phone at 9:15am. No message left

Keep calling my cell number, won't leave a message.

Called once, no message

The caller id said "Belvederer TiCA",  When I picked up and said "Hello" a recording kicked in and started a pitch about my credit card security.  I hung up after a few seconds.  I called it back about 5 minutes later.  I got a "You have reached a non-working number." message.
