Who called from 4153160381

I have received a few calls to my cell from this number.  I don't pick up since I don't know who it is.  I called it back and was able to press #1 to be placed on DO NOT CALL list.

no message and get several of them in the mornings. Don't answer.

Caller I.D. says Les.Net.  Called my VOIP carrier who advised me they use third-person bots and avoid VOIP noting their call and enabling block.  He manually blocked me.  Now, the spammeer at (415)316-0381 called my cell phone this morning which is not given out or listed with anyone.

Called my mobile left no message - showed up as Spam. Truecaller shows claims to be Microsoft. Blocked.

called my cell, did not leave a message. Will not answer calls from unknown numbers.
