Received a call from phone number 415-325-0256. Caller ID only identified the number and no name. Voicemail message left asking for me by name and to press 1 to be transferred to a representative to deal with a pre-legal matter being handled by Clear Credit Services. Then the message got cut off. It was automated and the voice of a pre-recorded digital operator. Never heard of them. Never received anything in the mail, especially if it is a pre-legal issue. And no official communication prior to the call from this so called debit collection agency. Anything that is or may become a legal issue must be in print not a random digital phone call over the phone with no caller ID name to show. I'm a great investigator when it comes to uncovering the truth behind these calls. They never even verified that it was an attempt to collect a debt. Just that it was a pre-legal matter. I have no idea what they are calling for. If it's not in print and they cannot identify themselves with a visable valid name with their phone number on caller ID, and the message not left by a human being, I do not respond. I refused to be scammed.
I received a call and automated voicemail stating that I needed to respond to "serious legal allegations against me in reference to my credit". A few months ago I received many multiple calls from a very rude random person stating the same thing and it was a scam. I'm guessing that this is the same scammer trying to scam me again. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER OR CALL BACK/RESPOND in any way. Instead, check your credit report. As long as there is nothing unusual on your credit report you are fine. If there were any legal allegations against someone the authorities would contact that person, not some random no-name pretend legal firm. LOL.
Were you able to get them to stop calling you? They keep calling me from random numbers and there is no way to make it stop. I have reported them to the FCC and FTC multiple times.
I got a call from this number 415-325-0256 stating that I or my personal Attorney should give them a call because there are some legal issues that has been filed against me and my social security number, They stated this notification is in accordance with state law and is solely intended for. These are some very serious allegations and the claims will be forwarded out of our office if we do not hear from you or your represented party to resolve this matter voluntarily.I must inform you failure to place a statement on file may result of this claim being filed against, please call me at Clear Credit Service then they gave this number to cal 855-974-6377. I looked up this number then, I looked up Clear Credit Services number which they 800 number was totally different from this. I wish someone would stop these people from trying to scam the people, this could end up being a truthful call for someone and you really don't know about, so how are you to protect yourself against this, not saying that this is a correct call for me, just stating it could be an innocent call for someone and they are not aware of this call or not aware until something happens that they find out they are being falsely accused or sued behind something that they know was not for them. These people try to push you and are very demanding that you owe even if you know you owe this company they are saying you owe nothing.
