This company won't give up... They keep saying writing bad checks. These dumb ppl don't realize if u take a pay day loan it's not consider a check fraud it's and ach transaction. That's not check fraud. I don't have a Bank of America account and never took out a payday loan. If they do not give u a validation of debt than u do not have to pay them anything. The local police said do not give them any information or pay them anything until they send u proof. Plus I called the company they keep saying I took money from and the company has no info on me. Plus they will never take you to court or threaten u for a pay day loan. That's what the pay day loan company informed me. For the last 4 months they have been calling me saying they will take me to court. Take me to court already SCAMMERS go get a real job and stop trying to take ppls hard earned money.
