Who called from 4153250331

I actually picked up this call because I was expecting a call from this same area code (local to me), said hello, but nobody/no sound from the other end. I said hello 2nd time, still no answer/sound from the other end, so I hung up quickly. With more than 500 blocked numbers from scam/spam, I should know better!! Blocking this number asap!
