I picked up rather than letting it go to vm. The only reason was the bogus URGENT 'name' showing in Caller ID. Recorded message starting with, "DON'T HANG UP!..." I pressed zero hoping to get to a live person, which disconnected the call. Called the number back 4 times hoping to be able to opt out. "The number you have called cannot be completed as dialed." This should be illegal -- certainly is illegal -- and I'm getting tired of all the fake caller id numbers criminal telemarketers use. Maybe I'll start filing police reports.
Is AARP the one selling my number to EVERYONE???? I would like to be an ex-senior citizen so I stop getting 10 calls a day from senior scammers and political henny-penny's. Why does AARP do this? Do they not make enough from our membership fees?
URGENT for Scam on the elderly or the ones randomly by robocalling, after the reports I saw in here, I did not answer the call, Really worth it, is a waste of time to deal with moron telemarketers ready to steal your personal info, Really don't answer it's the solution to avoid these crooks.
