Just got a call from this number, male introduced himself as Paul Andersen from SF Police Department. He was saying that he was calling regarding some organization that helps keep kids out of trouble. Then he asked me if I still lived at my address and named it. It was past 8 pm when he called. I said i'd have to call him back because I was driving and he hang up.
Edmund from the California Police Activities League - says they call everyone in Bay Point. I have an unlisted number. He tried to tell me he was the police. Said he didn't have a list and that he would call me again in 9 months. I told him if he did I would be suing him and taking him to jail.
(415) 347-5874 San Francisco, CA Today (Sep 15, 2015) 03:05 PM 0:05 but it hung up on me - way back in the day, before i knew better, I would have sent a donation if they'd said they were a Police Activities League. I think they actually are a P/NP and the kids or whoever actually do get a tiny percent of the donations and the calls are perfectly legal
