2 calls this morning 1 hour apart, 8:32am and 9:37am. No messeges left. Prefixes are for San Francisco/Oakland, CA. It's a land line, not a cell. Carrier is Pac-West Telecomm. Attempts to call back were met with "please hold for a representative" no company name stated, so I hung up.
Just called again. It's an automatic dialer for a debt collection service. I answered, after about 20 seconds, an American started speaking regarding a passed due bill. I'm guessing if you're recieving these calls, your like me and got behind on something ;)
