Same experience as Megan, they called me seven times today and from the beginning I said I was not interested. Got the low down on call three and said I was not interested. This definitely is harrassment. I am going to ask my local police dept what I can do about it.

How do you block a number from being able to call  your cell phone?

I have got 7 calls from them today alone, I got no answer a couple of times I answered the phone and I told them to quit calling twice.
