Caller from 415-363-9713 went through an elaborate sales pitch to get credit card information for postage fee of under $2.00 to mail gift cards amounting to $150.00. When refused credit card infor, hung up. Suggest this information be passed to proper authorities.
I answered she started about health insurance and no one at this number is registered.........stopped her there don't want what ever shes called about and please remove my number. She said this was not a sales call on insurance and would removed my number and never call again we will see.
I received this same call. I refused to provide my personal information other than mailing address. Was told if I wanted to receive the $150 in gift cards, I would need to pay the postage. I said send COD, was told not allowed. I hung up, I do believe this is a scam to get your personal infomation.
