Called and said they were doing an information update with IT Brief. Not familiar with the company, but they had some research on cyber-security that aligned with a current project so I allowed them to send me the information. Ended up being pretty helpful.
Called asking for IT Manager. Said he wasn't allowed to talk to Help Desk, Tech Support, etc. despite calling a help line for our company. Wanted to talk to my boss so I asked for some basic information from him and he hung up on me.
