I never answer unknown numbers. Especially when the id says "charity" lol. All lower case. Let it go to voice mail. Checked the message. Just about 15 seconds of dead air. Then disconnect.
3/26 20:25 PDT My experience similar to "furr". Certainly don't answer calls with unfamiliar numbers but in this case no ID of any kind. Intensely dislike receiving calls this time of night in any case. Rang thru to voicemail the idiot on the other end seemed to expect a response to his hellos, indicating that he wasn't paying any attention what he was doing.
3/28 10:30 PDT Second attempt by this number. Again, no ID except "I" and same voice saying "Hello? Hello?, as if expecting answer from voicemail.. Either robot or fool. In any case, will attempt to block thru NOMOROBO. So tired of this stuff.
3/29 12:27 Why me? This is the third attempt by the same voice to get a response from voicemail!! Each time same "Hello, hello, are you there? Have now blocked because if this was something of importance they would actually leave a message, and/or identify themselves with something more than a caller ID of "I".
