This caller keep calling my cell saying he is some type of law form officer. Who has is going to arrest me if i do not pay back a loan. He is telling me he has a warrant for my arrest. He lift this message on my cell when i did not answer. He calls my phone at lest 12 or more times a day.
It is a pretty recorded male voice, from a "law firm" that you cannot understand the name of. Threatening about a warrant for some sort of loan. This is a scam to get money from you. No one legally calls you in advance about a warrant.
Do not give them your personal info.
These fools must've moved from Texas to Ca or at least gotten new phone numbers.
This is the message from them via my voicemail transcribe:
Hello this call is from the law firm of Oak view Law group. We have received a complaint about your name and social. As a result an arrest warrant has been issued on your name. If you fail to return the call. Your warrant will be processed and authorized without any further notice. The Robert back number is 415-366-0188. I repeat area code 415-366-0188.

I called back from a different phone and the fella on the other end attempted an English accent but fell quite short.
I know very very well that the police, sheriff, bounty hunter or anyone that has a hold of a warrant with your name on it is going to call you to tell you about it. If I truly had a warrant out for my arrest I don't think a sheriff would have driven non-chalauntly (sorry about the spelling) behind me for 2 miles today, nor would a lawyer from California have anything to do with it (I'm in Minnesota). I live 5 minutes from the police station and 15 minutes on either side from a county sheriff's office so if they wanted me, they'd have me. No Arab/Somalian/Indian dude from Cali would ever even have a clue.
A law firm has to be licensed and practicing in the state where everything is going down, my uncle, a Texas lawyer, can't represent me... I know, I've tried a few times and they can't.
So, any of you that were getting similar calls from San Antonio, area code (210)- it's the same people. Or at least the same scam.
I just got two voicemals from this automated voice word for word..where is my notice in the mail that there is a problem...no one warns you when you are going to be arrested..AND..Google 'warrants' through your local sheriff's dept...it will tell you whether you have a warrant or not but don't hold your breath...notice would come in the mail first to give you an opportunity to straighten issue first...sigh...sooooo sick of these morons...block it.
I just received the exact same voice mail, word for word. They called twice & left messages both times. So ridiculous. Hope they catch who ever is doing this. I can see how that kind of message may startle someone who is not... as up to speed as most... and could cost them dearly if they call back. Glad I was able to verify it is a SCAM.
