They did leave a message, but after such a long silence I almost deleted it. Then I couldn't understand the message because it was so garbled from the connection breaking up all the time. Nice to see others say it's a telemarketer. That means I didn't miss anything important.
At least once a day, sometimes twice I get a call from an unknown number. I always type the number into a search and get this page and see I'm not alone. This has been going on for a couple of years at least. I added my name to the Do not call registry years ago and check to see that I am still on it. For about a year I reported every single call to the DNCR,. that's when I got a call every couple of days. After a year of wasting my time reporting the call (on every call) I decided to give up. Has anyone ever heard of the National Do Not Call Registry having ANY effect on this stuff? Are they government run? If so does that mean our tax dollars are going to an organization whose job is to enforce a law? I have accepted that there is no end to these calls but what annoys me more is that there is actually an organization out there whose supposed job it is to do something about this and I have seen no evidence of their effectiveness.
