Who called from 4153665904

Got a call from this number and have been repeatedly. It is a financial freedom center.

"Simon" said he was with a federal loan forgiveness program. I told him I was not interested and to take me off their list. He said "but I'm not selling anything." I replied that I was on the Do Not Call Registry and he responded with "in that case, why do you have a phone?" Seriously?!

The guy who called me gave me an American name, but he for sure had an Indian accent. He  told me that he is from financial freedom and that I qualify for federal loan forgiveness. When i asked him why do you think I have a federal loan, he goes on to say that they have all my information, including my email address. At this point I told him I'm not interested and hung up.

Advance fee loan scam operation! Most of these particular calls are coming out of India and Pakistan.

Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans.   Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!
