I've got the same message, The person is now going by the name Nicole Smelley.

This just happened to me as well, a girl named "Lisa Falcone" with the a message saying:

"I liked ur photo"
"What do you do 4 wrk?"
"srry had to log off"
"text me 415-366-8587"
I removed her from my friend list and blocked her, so to add even another name to the hat, watch out for Lisa Falcone.
