When seemingly legitimate businesses use robo-calling to bother people on the DNC List with sales pitches, shouldn't they at least be cited and ultimately fined?

Worth a look to see how they promote their invasions of privacy to try to make themselves look legitimate. They promote sales calls to people who do not want their privacy invaded.
Just got a call from them, guys says he is from the veteran's administration and that the call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes at that point I told him take me off your list. SCAM I am sure.
