Received a call on my mobile phone from 415-381-8097 on 3/16/2017 at 5:44pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Mill Valley CA". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted here and elsewhere many other people received calls from this number on the same date. No clue who the call was from.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
