Turns out that this is a market research company, Q&A Research, or Q&A Focus Suites. They're a legit organization, and recruit focus group panelists for gigs primarily in the East Bay and Marin & Sonoma Counties of the general North Bay San Francisco area. Very often, these groups use inside lines when recruiting, not tying up their listed business phone numbers. So, apparently 415-382-2890 is one such. They will leave a message, and the message will give the extension to the counselor's (recruiter's) line. They're OK. At least they're not bill collectors nor scammers! Hope this helps ------
