When i received a call from GMA It came as a recording first.They said a court date was set up . i received no paperwork. The caller who answered when i called back was rude and threatening.However they kept calling back could not get an address. Finally had to tell them i neded it for a lawsuit. They hungup so far have nt heard anything from them. They have threatened to freeze my bank account. Now the letters i recieved before the calls state that because of the length of the debt collections time has expired in which they can sue.So whats up with that? I have recently suffered a stroke and cannot put up with this Harrasment. WHAT DO I DO?????
Aren't you reading the posts? You don't have to actually take out a loan for them to start harassing you. I applied for a loan once in 2011 and they have harassed me every few months since.
