Wow....thats crazi thanks everyone cuz imvin Wilmington Delaware and they almost had me cuz im desperate to find a home for my family right now a a reasonable price I can handle....smh people these days are not right these days....
Scammers who are spamming the real estate sections of craigslist with fake "rent to own" ads. Do not answer the ads. They have no actual property to offer since they are not real estate agents. They want you personal info in order to sell you a list of properties you can get for free elsewhere.
The number happens to be at the bottom of their spam ads and is a fake.
