Craigslist scam promising dozens of real-estate listings in your desired area and price range with no down payment and no deposit, just a $149 "refundable" fee.
I called a this number inquiring about a post on craigslist in Santa Clara. The person said that in order to view the property that I would have to sign up for their service and it would cost X amount of dollars. He also said that they had 65 other properties meeting my requirements. I said, "this sounds shady, no thank you, bye" and hung up. This guy calls me back and says, "[***]," then hangs up. Definitely NOT a real business of any kind.
