This number showed up on my phone it rang about twice and stopped i called the number back and its a spam number about a free gift card for visiting one of their websites... They allow you to choose whether you get the gift card which is most likely to get your information or if you wish for them not to call you they said they where from Palomar and i said do not call I have recieved a call from this number many times and im hoping that putting me on the do not call list will make these phone calls stop.
