This is legit. I contacted TSYS, our processor, and received the following: "Yep they are legit, Womply is a third party we use that can help assist you in setting up your dashboard as in Facebook, yelp, twitter and so on. Please keep in mind there is a free dashboard and then there is one that will cost you $19,99 a month, so make sure you let them know which one you want if any." So that's the only thing to be wary of; that you get the free dashboard.
Now whether the call is actually from them or not, you are going to need to verify that yourself through your credit card processor. With the advent of caller ID spoofing and the ability to change the name on the Caller ID, it could be someone pretending to be them. Never give out any information unless you initiated the call and you know who it is that you are calling.
It's legit. It's a third party service (I think) affiliated with TSYS Merchant Solutions. If your business has recently signed up with them or a similar credit card processing company, they may have shared your information. I recall this product being mentioned by my TSYS sales rep on the phone and I think it was even mentioned on the application forms. It wasn't beneficial for me so I declined the offer. The rep I spoke with was perfectly cordial and was not pushy. As long as this is the last I hear about it then I'm not bothered.
So they called back, again and again. I've been called at least 5 times for this service. I finally answered and went through the motions, and I regret it. This is not useful to me or my business. I dont know how many times I have to tell Womply and/or TSYS. I'm disappointed that TSYS made this affiliation. This combined with some other issues I've had with the company so far may lead me to cancel my TSYS account and go else where. This is obnoxious.
