yeah i got a call from this guy like 4times in one day and i told him i was going to report him for harassment and he said i was the one harassing him lol.
I am also dealing with this same crap, they do not have the correct name of anyone here, but it is very annoying. I talked to the man once, and told him we were not who they are looking for, and not to call anymore, yet it continues. I just want the da** calls to stop!!!!
I went online to apply for a cash advance a few months ago and was approved by Ace. After that I began receiving calls at my job from this Indian man saying his name was Mr. Johnson (or something very American similar to that) saying that he was a detective and it was very serious that I pay them money that I owe or else I would go to jail. I asked what company he was calling on behalf of and he could not tell me. I chewed him out and he never called back.
That was about 6 months ago, recently I went back online to apply for another cash advance and am employed at another larger company. I just received a call today by what sounded to be the same guy. When I told him he was scamming me he said " I better not tell anyone that". I asked him if he was threating me and he said yes. It was very strange. I am not scared but have no idea what to make out of it.
