I'm fed-up with scammers. This jerk called today said to call Officer Julie smith back. I phoned it back they said goodafternoon IRS. The recorded call says, at the end of their message TAKE CARE. This is a scam, the IRS never phones you, they usually send a certified letter to the door if you do owe!! smdh
Firstly, The irs would never say TAKE CARE on their messages. This is a complete and utter scam, I am reporting this to our news channel and our AG. This is a scam the number says 415-506-1303. Do NOT send them anything!! it's a total scam!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Julie Smith from this number called me saying that I owed the IRS and threatened to take action. I know that I don't owe anything and I know that the IRS doesn't call you. What a scam, stupid scammers, I hope that no one falls for it!
