Threaten jail time because of tax fraud

I just recieved the same type of call, and I also just recieved my tax return check. I'm ignoreing them and not calling back

I had the same message on my answering machine. IRS does not contact anyone via email.

I got a call from this number at 9am today. I called it back and an Indian guy answered saying he was from the IRS and asked me for my phone number. When I gave it to him he knew my name and then proceeded to read a long and official sounding document that he needed to send to my attorney. He threatened jail and fines. Soon after he finished reading this I told him I don't make [***] for money and never owe taxes. Then he hung up.

Got a scam call from them, called back went directly to message machine. Same as other complaint claiming they are IRS.
