Caller ID and voicemail both identify caller as Castle Crow. They look to have a legitimate website, and the caller even left his name, which I found on the Castle Crow website. I do find it sketchy that a Senior Vice President would be making this kind of call well after business hours. The voicemail was left in our general mailbox in Wisconsin at 9:18 pm. Castle Crow appears to be in California, which still places the call at after 7pm. I will not be forwarding this message. If it was a legitimate call, they can call again during normal business hours.
A "Brendan Thomas" calls from Castle Crow regularly, asking to speak with my supervisor. When I offer to take a message, he always says, "He should have my direct line, but I will give it to you anyway." His so-called "direct line" is the main (and seemingly only) telephone number of this company - 415-546-5600.
