Robocall received from 415-578-9217, caller ID shows this as San Rafael, CA. After yelling "hello" several times an unidentified female stated she was from the Solar Initative. I stopped her and stated that I'm not interested and remove my number from their list since I'm on the DNC list and never call me again. I then hung up
