Caller ID just said blocked. I have been receiving these calls for months and finally answered. They said they were the San Mateo police dept. asked for my boss for a small project they have. Did not mention TBS at all. Larry if that's your real name, stop calling!!!!
6:06 pm June 19, 2014. Claimed to be "San Francisco Police Officers Association " a government organization. My caller ID said otherwise, TBS Productions, jeez I answered because I thought TedTurner was offering me a late night TV show.
I said well that's my least favorite city org.
Caller's voice was very robust, with zero digital distortion. Thought he was standing next to me. Clearly meant to bully the gullible and not so much, like "geee Mr pig will you put my name on a do not bust list if I give you money", sounds like implied extortion. Uh-Oh I didn't give you money, are you going to arrest me?!
Still calling after all these years! The caller ID is the same as noted above: 415 587 0912, TBS Productions. I did not speak to the person as I always wait a few seconds after I answer the phone to see whether an automated machine is waiting for a voice activation. Since I did not get a "hello ???", I hung up.
I got a call from 415-587-0912 asking me if my parents are home. Why would the San Francisco Police Officers Association ask me that kind of question?!
