Telemarketer, called twice after telling them to take me off their list

Called 10:30am. No message.

Telemarketer called.  When I told her to take me off her list she said she didn't have a list cause they were calling everyone in California.

did not answer this one, but suspect it is related to two other calls from 415-612-xxxx trying to sell solar.

Did not answer/they did not have caller ID and they did not leave voicemails after calling four (4) times over a four day period starting with May 11, 2017.
