They keep calling my cell phone. I have no business that I know of with California. If I did, they would leave a message, but they don't. I called the number back and amazingly, there was no answer, then it transferred off to a busy signal after about 10 rings. Funny, they called twice in the last half-hour, but now nobody is available to answer the phone.  

I am willing to bet that this is yet another scam like the one from the 210 (Texas) area code I have received lately on home and cell phone, so much for being on "Do Not Call" lists. It is very annoying to PAY for a phone to receive interrupting BOGUS calls.  I may just quit having phones completely at this rate!
