The first time he called I had to put him on hold because I was getting another call at the same time, he immediately called back and I spoke with him (got the aforementioned information) and I gave him the chance and then put him through, my boss was in a meeting with someone in her office so she didn't answer, he called back right after for the 3rd time and then hung up on me... wth??
