This appears to be a spoofed caller id number. They called me and left no message, but the number left by caller id didn't have a 1 at the beginning, so my phone thought the call came from Sweden (country code +45). Get better at hacking, jerks
Missed call. No message left. Had answered telemarketing messages from this number on another phone before which was also on the national DNC list. Just block this number.
