Got a call from a wan stating I had a lay day loan from 2011 and I need to pay the debt. I have never take a payday loan before, and I monitor my credit all the time so this is clearly a scam. I told her I will not be paying anything and she needs to send me written documentation because I had no idea what she was talking about. She refused to send me any info and then told me to "get a good lawyer" and hung up. I recorded all interaction with them as I had to call them back. I will be filing a formal complaint on this company as it is clearly a scam
What happened when you filed suit, because the same people are trying to do the same thing to me. And I am worried because they have my personal information.
received a call from (415) 712-2279 stating that they were going to take my ex-husband to court. I asked how they got my number and they said he used me as a reference. I told them that I knew they were lying because he would never use me as a reference especially after being divorced from him for over 18 years. I called my ex and he told me that they are part of a scam and they refuse to send him official documentation about what any of this was in reference too. They were just trying to get money from him. How disgusting and unsat people will go to for a dollar.
