Got a call from a wan stating I had a lay day loan from 2011 and I need to pay the debt. I have never take a payday loan before, and I monitor my credit all the time so this is clearly a scam. I told her I will not be paying anything and she needs to send me written documentation because I had no idea what she was talking about. She refused to send me any info and then told me to "get a good lawyer" and hung up. I recorded all interaction with them as I had to call them back. I will be filing a formal complaint on this company as it is clearly a scam
Currently, my relatives and I are receiving harassing phone calls from this company pertaining to a payday loan. They will not send me any collection documentation with my name on it. Every phone call is being recorded and I am utterly frustrated by their unethical practices.
