A computerized voice saying they need to speak to the owner about capital. I hung up.

Asked to speak to the owner.  I told him the owner is in China and he asked if I can replace the owner to make decision.  I said that I couldn't.  At least, he said sorry for disturb you.

Looks like the tools have escaped the tool box again. Blocking another fn number from these morons.

Just don't answer, If it is important, they will leave message or call back
