I believe we got fooled by this guy. Didn't sleep for 2 days too.. Round around Sacramento to San Francisco for all his requirements.It's a hoax Iam stupid not to investigate further but Iam glad I didn't fax my bank statement.Just be carefull my friend.
This guys name is Donn Michael Torres! He is a scam artist! Yes, he said he is from USCIS! In fact find Uscis in his phone number (87247) is uscis! Beware of him! He told me he is coming to my home to investigate on my status! He has tapped my bank acct! Will he be able to trace this?
I receive a call around 3pm 4/19 saying his from USCIS and would like to come to my business place next day to authenticate employees green card and it's a new thing from INS, give him my email address and send me the Supecial Administration Form and to be complete with employees info and fax to said fax no. Ofcouse, as good citizen complying the said form filling out and fees of $100 box each employee, got 3 and charged to my debit card. he suppose to come 4/20 10 AM but around 8 am he called me that he can't come he has to be in the field and reschedule the appointment Monday. I can't wait to see him Monday (hope he will come) not sure if this is legitimate or another scam? Sound similar of what I read in the blog. Is this real?

Got a call from this number (415) 787-2479 and ID himself from Homeland Security USCIS. States that he is scheduled to visit my care home on July 5, 2012. He (Jose Molina) will be on government vehicle and have a government badge. He will state the purpose of his visit upon arrival at the place of appointment.
This guy got me all worked up and lost some sleep thinking what was this appointment for from Home Land Security and did some search on his phone number and found some posting that this might be a scam or prank call. I call this number back after a no-show for his appointment and got a lady's voice mail named
Charlie Chan or maybe "Cheng". BEWARE- TRUST NO ONE AND DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL PRIVATE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL.
This guy ID himself from USCIS and says there is a complaint about your business. States his name is John Molina and very rude. He sounds like a FILIPINO and makes an appointment for the following week.
I tried to get as much information who he is and what company he works and he gets irritated and states see you next week then he hung up. Don't get intimidated by this guy because he is not with USCIS and he will
not show up for his appointment either. I wish he would show up though :)
