RC'VD phone call from 415-259-5026 very rude man with very bad broken english- said there are ctiminal charges be brought against me...pending lawsuit blah blah... I demanded proof of the debt be setn to me. I would not verify anything. I ended up hagning up on him. He called back twice. Did not like an American woman getting smart with him. Then he gave me this number to call for details of my lawsuit that number is 415-259-5006. This is a business #, and they have no idea why I'm calling them. They have gotten other calls like mine as well. This is obviously a scam!!!! Please... DO NOT GIVE OUT OR VERIFY ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.
This number called my phone and work today. Identified himself as attorney officer peter miller (?). Very heavy middle eastern accent. Very rude, said he had an urgent time sensitive business matter, blah blah blah... At the end if the message he said if you don't return my call TODAY I wish you the best of luck as the situation unfolds and god bless you.

Same exact call from Peter miller, could barely even pronounce it! Heavy middle eastern accent said I need to call immeadiately or something would happen. And said god bless u at the end. Said I had some kind of lawsuit against me in California but I've never been to California.
I received 2 calls this morning and my employer received a call this morning from this # 415-259-5026 from an "attorney officer" Ricky Jordon. He had a very, very thick accent, and was extremely rude. After he read what he needed to read and went through his little spile, he said if I didnt resolve the matter right now on the phone I would be served papers by the sheriff and my employer would be served papers by an attorney. He said I would have a warrant for my arrest if I did not pay today. He said if I wasnt going to pay I would have to dispute it in court but with legal fees it would be $3000. But if I wanted to resolve it with him it would be $495. He never could tell me who the original company was whom I did business with, he just said if you want that information just wait for the sheriff to show up at your door. Once I refused to make a payment he hung up, which I called back and he hung up several more times. I asked for a supervisor or to speak with someone that I could understand and he hung up again. Last time I called once I declined payment he called me a stupid, [***] mutherfucker.. How can this company be legit???!!! It cant be!
Funny thing is my best friend like 20mins later as I was crying and worried to death over this and he said she got this same call from a Maryland # a couple years ago and her local sheriff said that she did not have a wanted nor did they have papers for her!
