What 's mean this phone code and how can i recall to this number with my local mobile phone ;

I received 5 unwanted calls from the same number, sounds like a 'pocket dial'.

9/30/11 10.05 AM CDST received a rude call from this number.  Requested to be put on Do Not Call List and was told to 'Get lost.'  Perhaps the fool who called should learn how to speak English before he tries a telemarketing job.
