Robo message began before the recording started but the number I am to call is 360-474-4713.  I looked into that number and it's a scam.  An IRS lawsuit.  Like the IRS does business like that anyway.  I did not call the number back.  Though I have occasionally answered unknown caller calls and I say "Mayberry police department"
