Who called from 4158831212

They call several time a day but leave no message.  When I pick up the phone there is no one there.

when I called the number back I got a recording stating this number is not inuse.

They called me this morning ... hung up before I could pick up the line.

I do not want this bottom feeding contractor to call again, somebody let this. Fool know!!!!!!!

No one answers when I say hello. No ID. Tried to call back and it says not a valid number. Same number, same thing on 6/12
