When I picked up the call, caller asked for my wife's and my name, I have told him that I was the husband, he immediately hung up. My caller ID showed Howard Norman...as the registered name for the number 415-883-1212. I called back that number, the recorder announced that the phone number has been discontinued.
Claimed to be a contractor looking for work. I told him it was illegal to call people on the do-not-call list. He was polite and apologetic but is obviously going to keep calling people.
"Howard Norman "calls at least 5 to 8 times a week with the Home Center calling soon after. We never answer either call but that doesn't seem to stop them from trying repeatedly. This has been going on for many months. We've had 48 calls over the past 2.5 weeks. Only 5 were personal calls. This is out of hand!!
