Robo call with a recorded message that, alas, may actually be legal for them to make even with my number listed in the NDNC database. My answering machine cut off the beginning but it was a telemarketer calling about the "Public Utilities Savings Program" offering a free energy audit. So it could be a legitimate public service announcement. I wish I could hear how it started.
"Press 1 to speak to a 'utilities savings specialist'. If you no longer wish to be called press 0."
This might be a case where the opt-out may actually work. If I get a live call I'll try it.
So sick of these abites calling about google. Why would i pay for a listing???? I already have it for free without my permission if i even want it on google. They can kiss my [***]. My landline gets google bs and check my computer and solar bs calls constantly. Ready to leave my landline forever.
