This is a free cruise scam. They are now using pre-recorded responses through a software algorithm to pick the best responses. This scam starts by pretending their headset wasn't working and didn't hear you say hello 3 times which covers for the connection time. This is particularly dubious as it takes all the fun out of getting mad as the computer doesn't give a crap and you can't shame it into getting a real job
Caller says, "hello" (sounded like a little girl) so I said "yes" and then the normal voice of "I'm so sorry, I was having a problem with my headset, I am calling because you recently stayed in one of our resorts and we would like to extend..." I hung up after extend. I am a little frustrated, because I have been hearing about this "YES" scam and I fell right into it. Hope nothing comes out of it.

I then tried to interrupt her to tell me not to call me and to take me off the list but she rudely kept taking over me so I hung up.
