They keep calling late at night, 11:30 or later, either very broken English or nothing on the line until an automated message says Goodbye. I'm really annoyed that these keep coming.
I get called by this number, supposedly from California, about 3x a day and they don't leave a message. I just called the number to gather intel. It immediately answers in a broken English voice automated system. When you press 1 to talk to a customer service representative you are transferred to what sounds like a telemarketing office due to all the background noise. The call is extremely full of static and the person speaks in bad broken English, so much so that together with the static it is impossible to understand them.
