While I also find them annoying?? Each of you complaining at some point, went out there and looked for health insurance. You put your phone number out there...so that's why they are calling. Same thing happened to me. This is not unsolicited or in any way illegal..you gave them your telephone number. What I did do was say 'yes' to the recording that I wanted to speak to someone about health insurance (I looked for insurance LAST YEAR!!) when the employee came on the line, I made myself very clear that if they did not remove my number, I would file a complaint and they would be fined, since I now have asked them to stop calling. Haven't received a call since that day!  However, the next best solution?? Simply don't answer the call!
