some scamming loser. Number does call back but it gives you prompts to speak with someone, remove from list, and direct connect to fcc, if it works. tried to get real person but they were busy. I say scammer because never is the company name revealed on message.

NEVER push a button or call a number or anything else. Any interaction confirms you are a "live" number and they'll never leave you alone (that's why you couldn't talk to a live person - they NEVER have one). They'll most likely sell your information to the thousands of other jerks just like themselves. See this article (applies to any telemarketing call, not just credit cards):
