Received this phone call but not leaving any message? Ad? or What?

Scam.  Claimed to be from Bell Canada.  Offering Home Phone, Internet and "Cable" Tv, not "Fibe" as Bell is trying to push their new service.  Asked "Michael" where he was calling from.  Hung up on me when I told him he should know who provides my home phone services (which is Bell). Another scammer calling early in the morning.

They called me in Toronto, no message.

Also received call from this number with a recorded message saying 'goodbye'.

Saturday morning at 8:35a.m. (Grrrrrrr!!)  Call Display showed: Caller "00014160900787" from
T:416-090-0787".  Thought it might be a family member using one of those Calling Cards, so I answered - no dead air, but an immediate hang-up and then dialtone.

Checked Canada 411 Reverse Lookup for both business and personal - not a legit Toronto area number.
